Voucher Manager

The following overview is based on the backend management that the site administrator will enjoy.

The software enables the site administrator to fully manage promotions and voucher coupons that are to be used in conjunction with the orders placed on the website.

Admin has ability to create promotions as required. Admin is required to enter a promotion name, enter the promotion code and specify the start / finish date of the campaign. In addition admin would have the ability to enter the maximum number of entrants.

Once admin has entered the information they will simply set the promotion as ‘active’.

All customers who use the promotion code when placing an order will be referenced to enable admin from the Promotions software to view all orders / customers who have used the promotion codes.
