.:  The HTML Service

The HTML Layout Service enables the agency to supply layered artwork files for conversion to finished HTML ready for web publishing. This service is available both as a standalone service or alongside a system development. The service offers two service levels, the main difference being the level of web browser compliancy and SEO techniques.

The service is charged on a per page basis and general turnaround times are 2-3 days from order confirmation.

.: General File Setup

Regarding the page size it is recommended that the Photoshop document should be sized to 1500 pixels on width, height is variable.

The artwork file should contain layers to accommodate for different pages and any rollover effects that may be required. These should be clearly referenced by the layer naming. The text within the document should be left as live text and NOT converted to curves.

.: Submitting Your Artwork

Once the artwork has been setup you will need to supply it to us. This can be done in the following ways subject to file size:

By Email – If the files are less than 20MB they can be sent to: dls@webpagesoftware.co.uk

By FTP – If the files are between 20MB – 150MB files can be uploaded directly to the server. If this option is used you will need to contact the sales department for your FTP information.

By Disk – If the artwork is larger than 150MB we prefer to receive it by disk. This should be supplied as PC readable on a CD and ensuring the files are not compressed.
