What is the HTML service?
The HTML service enables the agency to supply Webpagesoftware with your design files for conversion to HTML. All our costs are based on HTML Supplied so all that is required is to select the required HTML service level required. The HTML Service is charged on a per page basis and is available for dynamic sites and also static HTML sites.
What file format do we supply for the HTML service?
We support all common file formats including: EPS, PSD, Indesign. When you are ready to submit your files please let us know as subject to size we will either ask for the files to be emailed to us or for larger files we will open an FTP area for you to upload your files to.
Is your HTML W3C compliant?
Yes the HTML work we do is not only W3C compliant but also SEO friendly, though the level of compliancy depends on the service level you use.
Do you offer hosting?
We offer hosting as a stand alone service and also as part of our development work. All quotes for systems include the first years hosting and then the hosting is charged from year two.
What kind of servers do you use?
We use all common platform types including WIndows and Linux/Unix Servers.
Do we have to host with you?
No, although we offer the first years hosting with developments you do not have to host your site with WPS. It is important if we are not hosting that we are informed about the type of server/platform that the site will reside on to ensure that the required formats for the databases, coding languages and server side components are catered for.
What is the SiteFix Service?
Sitefix is a free service that enables the agency to request a site audit, this is based on a developer looking through the site and then confirming to you the software packages that would be beneficial and should increase the sites performance and usability both for the client and the site users.
