Guestbook Manager
The following overview is based on the front and backend management that the site user and site administrator will enjoy.
(NB: The following is the system standard and will be tailored to the specific client requirement)

The guestbook manager software enables site users to browse and post guestbook entries as required.
Site users when wishing to post an entry will simply select the ‘Add Entry’ option which will enable them to enter the following information:
- Name
- Company Name
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- The user will have the ability to enter the information they wish to include.
Once the site user has entered their information they will simply press the ‘submit’ button at which point their information will be posted to the guestbook and set to a pending status.
NOTE: All entries made are generally approved prior to being included with the guestbook.

The Guestbook Manager software enables the site administrator to fully manage the postings made to the guestbook by site users.
Admin has the ability to browse through entries as required. All new entries are written to a pending status to ensure admin can approve them before they are available to site users to view.
Admin has the ability to remove / amend entries as required. Once admin has read the submitted information they will either set the information to ‘active’ at which point the entry will be available to view.
Should admin not wish to publish the information posted they will either delete the entry or amend it accordingly.
