Form2 Database

The following overview is based on the front and backend management that the site user and site administrator will enjoy.

(NB: The following is the system standard and will be tailored to the specific client requirement)


.: Form 2 Database - Front End User Area

The form 2 email facility enables site users to complete an online form and then submit it through to the enquiries department within the company.

When a user completes the form certain fields will contain validation to ensure users input information that the website wishes to gather. If the user does not complete a mandatory field the system will alert them to the fields that are required.

Once the submission has been made the user will be directed through to the thank you page.

The information is received by the enquiry department as a formatted email containing all the users information.

Once the form has been submitted the system will write the information to database.

All information submitted will be written to the submissions database. The system will enable admin to browse through submissions, search for a specific submission or browse submission by week or month.

In addition admin will have the ability to generate bespoke profile views of the data this can be done via the back end interface and will enable admin to profile the data by the field data that has been gathered. Once a search query has been specified to choose to output the results to CSV. If this option is selected the system will enable admin to save the file to their hard disk.
