FAQ Manager

The following overview is based on the front and backend management that the site user and site administrator will enjoy.

(NB: The following is the system standard and will be tailored to the specific client requirement)

.: FAQ MANAGER - Front End User Area

Site users will have the ability via the FAQ page within the site to browse through the FAQ's or search for specific answers using either a category or keyword search. Once the user has entered their search criteria they will be directed through to the results page where the matching results will be listed.

In the event the user does not locate the required answer the system includes an online form to enable the user to complete and submit to admin.

.: FAQ MANAGER - Backend Site Administration Area

The FAQ management facility will enable the Administrator to fully manage the FAQ’s displayed within the website. As required admin has the ability to add / remove and update FAQ’s.

As faq’s are added to the system admin will be required to specify the following information:

• Question
• Answer

Once admin has added the above information they will simply press the submit button which will save the information to database.
