Affiliate Manager
The following overview is based on the front and backend management that the site user and site administrator will enjoy.
(NB: The following is the system standard and will be tailored to the specific client requirement)
.: AFFILIATE MANAGER - Backend Site Administration Area
The affiliate manager software enables the site administrator to create ‘virtual’ copies of the host website to ensure the software can cater for multiple clients and enable client branding on a per client basis.
As admin creates new clients they will be required to enter the following information:
- Client Name
- Contact
- Address Details
- Town
- Postcode
- Email Address
- Username
- Password
- Client Affiliate Id Number
- System Address
Eg/ www.domainname.com/clientname / Specific client url: www.clientdomain.com
Once admin has entered the above information they will be required to press the ‘create account’ option. Once this has been done admin will then have the ability to manage the personalization settings for the system.
Admin would have the ability to specify:
- System Colour Settings
- Text Colour
- Link Colours
- Flat and rollover state
- Artwork Image Upload
- This will enable the administrator to upload the clients graphics to personalize the system.
- Preview Website
Admin will have the ability to press the preview option which will open a page where admin can view the store setup progression.
