The Accounts Manager is an integrated link between the ecommerce website and the internal accounts software used in-house. The main benefit of the link is to ensure there is no re-keying of data and that as orders are received they are automatically reflected in the accounts software.

In addition when updates are made to the order status either within the site or within the accounts package this information is updated either way.

A common add-on option for the Accounts Manager software is the ability to manage product availability based on stock figures held within the accounts software.
